Over the weekend, I was reminded that my favorite outdoor market in Paris is one that most people don’t even know exists, and they (you!) should.

The reason you don’t, despite its excellent quality and hard-to-find regional products, is that its location changes each time, as does the date. You have to know about the market in order to track it down at its next spot.
